Colourful Dinner re-run.

A current star in my dinner re-run saga has been the stir fry.
Lately I have been mixing in daikon, carrots, broccoli, greens, and edamame. 
Here is a nice one, fresh off the stove!

I plated it up:
Check out the chunks of ginger. Spicy! Yum!

And then served it up with the leaning tower of pisa rice.

Love the umeboshi and black sesame.

All in all, a very colourful meal.
