Happy Belly Tricks.

My belly always needs every little bit of help it can get.
Here's some tricks I have been using lately, and they seem to be working immensely:
#1  Probiotics. I have been using this brand lately, and love them.

#2 Drinking a glass of warm lemon water first thing in the morning, about 1/2 before eating a meal.

#3 Digestive enzymes. 
I started using these about a year ago, and they greatly reduce my bloating. 
They really help me if I'm being bad and eating my allergens (wheat, dairy)
And they are also especially great for harder to digest foods like legumes, peanuts, etc.

#4 Drinking warm water in general. 
For the past week when I get up I drink 2 glass of warm water with my probiotics. 
Then, I drink the lemon water and wait at least 1/2hour before eating breakfast. 
But, I have also stopped drinking really cold water in general, and I think it helps my belly.
#5 Peppermint Tea. 
Use a few teabags and let steep covered for super strong happy belly action.

I am not good at this, but i'm aware of it, and am focusing my energy on chewing every bite!
